Video programs are saddled with relatively poor quality Debayer algorithms due to the need to run at real time frame rates. Resolve is no exception. Force high quality Debayer on export option isn't too bad, but runs at about 4 fps on my PC.
The really good Debayer algorithms in advanced stills processors run in seconds per frame. Here is a sample frame from my D16 out of Raw Therapee processed with a wavelet transform, 3 seconds per frame using 6 out of 8 CPU threads and 80% of GTX760 GPU. Take a little more computer power to get to 24fps.

The point of this post is that i can't understand why BM do so crappy "smooth" debayer mode setting at all. there is no real smoothless its only rainbow artifacts. I can understand if it skip some data for speed they can call if FAST or SIMPLE.

Now go to chroma NR and boost it to 20. You should be fine.

Sharp vs Smooth debayer setting problem

Long time ago i notice a strange behavior of debayer setting in Resolve with BMPCC. SMOOTH cause weird rainbow moire-aliasing artifacts instead of actually smoothing image. Its better to see full sized 200% example images in new window:
