Seems like it has been forever, but the wait will soon be over.

With a lot of reassurance that Blackmagic will deliver both new cameras, I can't wait to see all the new videos that will start to flow in.

I think this website will also be getting very popular in August.

Anyone else pre-order or think of picking one up day 1?

actually BMD never set a date. Official statement is "July 2013". BH has Expected availability July 25 2013 but that doesn't mean sh*t.

I pre ordered a BMPCC with B&H way later than I should have. I knew I was going to get it but for some reason I had to wait several weeks before I put in a pre order...

I won't be surprised if mine doesn't ship until sometime in August, at the earliest. Whether it's early or late August depends on a lot of things, but either way, I'm happier every day that passes.

A friend of mine was just in the B&H store, they are sticking to the July 25th date.
Even for pre-orders which I found odd I guess. Maybe wishful thinking but I figured pre-orders would be shipped before they would be for sale on the site.
Doesn't matter really.
