Personally. I hate them.

But some people love them. You know who you are. And that's why you're going to like these links.

All shot with the same EF canon 50mm. There's a C300 and an EPIC to compare too.

I also have a 5Dmk2 but I haven't uploaded that yet. Probably won't get to until tomorrow.

looks like 900-1000 lines.
small concern is the rainbow moire..(which isnt that bad compared to a 5d mk2)

Hmm, after what I saw from real world footage I thought it would easily achieve 1000+ lines.
But moire starts well before 1920 x 1080, the first false detail (diagonal lines that are not really there) starts to appear at 720p....weird.

moire on C300 start 1.4 K ...
and provideocoaltion.com and slashcam.de rate c300 @1000+...
little bit of moire doesnt mean that there is no details ...

Ok, didn´t know that. I thought moire start is max point of resolution.

if there is a lot of moire than its all over ...
but a little bit is no problem ...
evaluating charts is not exact science ...

I'd rather just look at the beautiful frames I've been downloading from people over the last few weeks.
