This is a short film I shot not too long ago with the BMCC. It was shot in Raw and I used Frank's "Instant Cinema" Lut. With the exception of a bit of Moire, which was really my own fault, I was pretty happy with how it came out. I hope you guys enjoy it!

    Looks farkin' fantastic!

I remember when you posted some stills. I loved it then, and I love the moving images even more.

As I said a while back, yours is the perfect setting and tone for Frank's LUT. An excellent pairing.

Something about the hard full face lighting on the final shot didn't knock me out, but I fell like the rest of it couldn't look any better.

    CLASSY.
Cameras: Blackmagic Cinema Camera, Blackmagic Pocket Camera (x2), Panasonic GH2 (x2), Sony RX100 ii, Canon 6D, Canon T2i,
Mics: Sennheiser, AKG, Shure, Sanken, Audio-Technica, Audix
Lights: Every Chinese clone you can imagine

DPStewart - Thanks so much for the kind words. I am glad you enjoyed it. And you are on the money about that final shot. We shot the whole thing in one night and that was the final shot of the evening and I was a little out of my mind (with exhaustion) at that point and truly just missed it. It is the one shot I wanted back so much. I had to finally just let it go, but what I would give for a mulligan there. Ha!

That last shot jumped out at me instantly, but it looks like something that could have been fixed in post-production. I'm curious why you left it like that.

    Overall though, it is excellent.

Beautiful! I'd forgotten how nice the original BMCC image can be.
