It's been a while since I've posted around here. I thought I would drop in with a post about the new tutorial series I've just launched.

Here is the corresponding blog post with a bit more info: http://juanmelara.com.au/blog/an-eas...de-log-footage

First up is a couple of techniques to make grading log footage easier. This method will actually work quite well with footage from all Blackmagic cameras. BUT, I've got an even better technique for Blackmagic CinemaDNG footage. It gives you access to more dynamic range and in an easier to grade curve when compared to Blackmagic Design Film Log. Looking to record it over the next day or two for release next week. So stay tuned...

Working on the Blackmagic version right now. It's slightly delayed as I'm in the middle of a 5 day shoot, hopefully will complete it on the weekend.
