    Testing with different lenses.

The Controller Focus potentiometer is super accurate, each of the SBUS 2048 levels can be controlled with it with single step accuracy all the 2048 steps, that is accurate , and there is no noise on it, it just stays on the value it is set.

Unfortunately not all the lenses are this smooth, some native MFT lenses are and the focus control is just superb. With speed booster there is some steps on the focusing, the focus still looks pretty smooth, some sound is emitted when focusing.

Unfortunately the Iris control is only with the f-stop steps supported by the lenses, so it is stepping, not really usable during taking video. This has nothing to do with the controller, it is just a limitation of the system that one needs to be aware.

It is also posible to connect the potentiometer to Iris and the up down switch to focus (via camera menus). on some situations this is good providing constant focus speed up and down.

Some videos about the test next week.

Controlling Zoom on non electronic Zoom lens. With electronic Zoom lens the control works directly via the camera and no servo needed.

There is a small problem between 70 - 105 mm. I did not try to correct that. Just added a simple linear formula in between 24 - 60 mm. Generating a more accurate calibration table should further improve this.
