CHOOSING WORKFLOW SETTINGS IN PREMIERE FROM 3 DIFFERENT B.M. CAMERA'S

I SHOT A SHORT USING THE BMCC 2.5K AND 2 POCKET HD ( THE ORIGINAL) THE FORMATS WERE:

    BMCC- 2.5K RAW (1350P/24)

BMPCC ( HD ORIGINAL)- HD RAW (1080P/ 24)- 2 CAMERAS

PLEASE HELP ME WITH THE BEST SETTING OPTION IN PREMIERE? I am intending to enter it into film festivals in Europe ( I live here) and USA. I will have some footage that needs to be shot for EFX composition. Meaning one of the characters will be shot against a green screen ( from what I have read its better to shoot this part in 4K because of the EFX work that its better to have the extra resloution?

    Thanks for the help

Apologies this is a newbie question. Should my timeline be in 4K, 2.5K or HD? As the files appear differently in the timeline? I would have to upres the HD footage to 2.5K or downres the 2.5K footage to HD or should I do all in 4K? I hope this is clear.
