  • Is it possible to adapt m42-mount lenses to the Nikon F/BMPCC speedbooster?

    Hi.

Is it possible to adapt m42 to the Nikon F to BMPCC speedbooster without damaging the speedbooster or fuck up the quality of the lens?

Or should i simply just change to the EF-BMPCC speedbooster to make it work?

No, you should use the EF adapter. The FFD is longer on the Nikon F than the M42, so it is not possible to adapt to it.
Using the EF SB, might work, depending on how far the M42 lens goes onto the mount.
Also stacking two, adapter together is not a good idea.

You would be better off getting a M42 to MFT adapter.
    Cheers

But won't it ruin the lenses sharpness?

Not if the lens is set to the correct FFD setting. This is useually the hard bit, shining and fine tuning the lens in the adapter to its correct FFD.
