  • BMPCC issue

    hey everyone, sorry if this has been posted before.

    I finally updated my BMPCC and for whatever reason it will not let me choose RAW as a setting, still only ProRes. I have the right SD card. Im sure that i am an idiot of some sort, so if someone could just let me know what i am doing wrong i would greatly appreciate it!

    Only guess I have is that you installed the wrong firmware update. You need to download an all new installation package with each update. But -- I'm just guessing. Try contacting Blackmagic Support. Good luck!

      Just in case your procedure was a little off;
      One would first uninstall the old update on your
      computer, and then install the new update to the
      computer, and then run it with the camera
      attached to the computer via usb.

          I'd try closing the dimensional gate using a tachyon accelerator aimed at the sensor.

              Also, that's what my DNGs look like if I open them using Preview on a Mac. Using Davinci Resolve, the files look fine.

              If that's not the case, though, try the tachyon accelerator.

                  Awesome! I'm glad you could get that dimensional gate closed. Out of curiosity, did you have any trouble with the stress–energy tensor as it diverged the non-compactly generated Cauchy horizon?
