All are zooms, I think the main problem with PL are the primes.

Thanks for sharing. I've got excitement shakes now. Best go get a cold drink and calm down.

                  I'm sorry, but you're wrong.
Best to get to the airport and catch a plane to France

Interesting, I can see a few things from these photos:
1 - The Vertex 3 SSD seems to be even more certain to be completely compatible
2 - (EDITED, SEE PAGE 2 FOR A COMPARISON - LOOKS LIKE IT IS THE BAE SYSTEMS SENSOR)
3 - Does it say 172.8 Degrees shutter in one photo??? (2 of 30)

Well they obviously tested it - can someone persuade someone to to persuade a group of people to release these tests lol. I want to see the images. And I want those lenses. One will do just fine. Thanks!

With the release of the FS700 only a few weeks away BM needs to release some footage to keep potential customers from deflecting to a bird in the hand rather than another Fixed Scarlet in the sky. I have no doubt that the BMCC will ship but people who are attracted to the BMCC were also attracted to the Fixed Scarlet that never shipped so they (we) are a little skittish.

Either sample footage or a new feature, like an ISO boost.

                          bae sensor.jpg

                          Looks fairly clear to me!

Here is a comparison ive done with the photo from that facebook album and an image of the BAE Sensor (http://www.fairchildimaging.com/prod...area/sCMOS.htm)

                          Looks the same to me!!!

                          Exciting!

So many questions to ask. That would be cool if it was! So it can have a global shutter and high frame rates. I sure hope this can happen or maybe someone can hack this sucker to do so.

If i understand the details regarding the sensor, a Global shutter and Higher frame rates would result in less dynamic range, and possibly higher temperatures.
