Well, it's been right around 3 months since we officially launched bmcuser. Today we cross 1,000 members (and not a spammer, yet... I am amazed at that. jinx), and are approaching 10,000 posts on the forum here.

Is a small milestone, of hopefully many more to come in the future.

Thanks for helping to create a thriving community from nothing.

Couple of other little factoids for the stats junkies out there.

Last month (June) we did almost 16,00 unique visitors to the site, and we're set to surpass that in the next day or two for July. Traffic has steadily risen. Both May and June saw almost 3 million hits each. And we've served up over 2 million pages in our 1st 3 months.

Not too shabby, for our purposes.

Anyway... Just wanted to say thanks to those of you who have joined the community here, and have taken an active part in helping to build it. We're still in a bit of a limbo state while everyone anxiously awaits the release of the camera. It is great to see, not only the enthusiasm of the community, here... but, also the excitement around this particular camera.

Here's to hoping for an awesome camera for you guys and gals, and to a tight-knit community with common tools, working together to achieve common goals.

Cheers!, I think we'll beat that once the cam is out in the wild.

I guess this board will supernova, after the camera is in our hands.
