Definitely a lot to learn with this camera. I was testing 100% zebras in ProRes and I think in ProRes I would expose more like a DSLR. In RAW, I think I would still continue to expose to the right like JB has suggested. I'm still struggling to pull solid color out of Log with FCPX/Resolve. One thing I hope is included in the next firmware is guidelines as it would make it easier to frame my shots.

To convert Film to Rec709, there's a LUT plug-in coming soon from someone else, but for now at least, try BMCC De-Film, an effect I made, here:

I find the LOG ProRes in FCP usually needs a second colour correction layer. So the first one turns to 100 and then a second one to adjust to get the right amount of saturation.

damn that's a busy day in downtown Nashville! Looks like a football gameday. I lived there for 13+ years and miss it very much. Thanks for posting

I expect you'll have more color-rich output after experimenting with these color corrections.
