Quite old but I just love the Cinematography work in it.. beautiful cinematography that really brings the narrative to life. Can't find who did DP this but it seems to be Bruno Delbonne

edit
sorry, after some search trying to find who really was the Cinematographer, it was Tetsuo Nagata..

My previous cinematographer, Bruno Delbonnel, was busy on Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince - he's just been nominated for an Oscar for it. So I hired Tetsuo Nagata, with whom I'd just shot the Chanel No 5 commercials. with Audrey Tautou..."

A bit yellow for my liking. And they should take it easy with the camera flying around shots. It looks cool, but for almost every shot? However, this style works for a commercial as they are supposed to be gaudy and intrusive.
(can you tell I'm not one to kiss ass). Having said that, it does have a very intriguing quality to it, that can't be denied.

I guess it is more of Jean-Pierre Jeunet signature.. if you had watched Amelie, the world and dynamic movement and characteristic is kinda alike.. I remembered I heard an interview with him and the presenter mentioned something about he used cranes in Amelie more than most other directors ever used, and this is what he answered (it is at mark 17:31) http://youtu.be/HndWfBhvQrk?t=17m31s

‎"Some directors say 'I dont care about the lighting, I don't care about the production design. I love only dialogues or actors' - So you can do some theatre play then, because cinema is everything."
That line so has me man-crushing.

Amelie is my favourite film. If you get a chance watch a Very Long Engagement, also beautiful.

I hated the yellow color grade but loved the shots, esp the last crane shot up at the end.
