I received an email message saying "We have now activated your account at the BMCuser.com," which I appreciate but when I try to edit settings I am told "henryp, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons..." Any idea why? TIA

You just did what you needed to do. :)

This thread will have more information. Maintenance on this task should be running every 25 minutes or so.
