A compliment to the BMCC?

The DNG part caught my eye :)

Never heard o'that one. Far too much aliasing for my tastes but looks interesting for hyper mobile super high speed shooting.

Great camera. Only 720P. I'll wait around for a higher resolution solution though, don't have the money for that.

Yep not a cheap one but same prob with the Phantom.

However not all cameras suggested is meant of purchasing.

This stuff can be rented eventually :)

I was thinking for in the lines of production matching.

Since both cameras deal with DNG (not sure how close) formats.

I did get a laugh on one Vimeo post "Finally.... some competition for GOPRO ;)....just kidding".

I just shot something with the TS3 last week. It rents here in Minneapolis for $650 a day, the Phantom is $1500.

Yeah it's got aliasing and only 9 about stops of latitude, but sometimes you need more fps than the FS700 and you don't have the budget for a Phantom. I'd never buy it, but renting it from time to time is diffinitly something I can see doing.
